Slender kale-bean sausage stew with rosemary and capuchins

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic. Remove the skin from the sausages.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the sausage meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rosemary, tomato cubes and kale. Stir well and roast with the lid on the pan for 20 minutes on low heat.
  4. In the meantime, rinse the capuchin in a colander under cold running water and let it drain well.
  5. Add to the coal and warm for 3 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
