                            Spaghetti with fish sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti (pack 500 g), tilapia fillet (300 g), olive oil, leeks (in rings), red pepper (chopped) and tomato cubes (400 g).

                                Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Cut the tilapia fillet into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the leeks and peppers for 3 minutes. Drain the spaghetti, scoop out the rest of the oil and spread over 4 plates.
 - 
                                Put in the spaghetti, the fish and the tomatoes, gently transfer the sauce to the boil and warm for about 5 minutes until the fish is done. Spoon the fish sauce in the middle.
