Quick fennel stew with gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fennel, red pepper, butter, low-fat bacon strips (250 g), puree for stew (224 g) and bound gravy naturel (29 g).

Clean fennel, retain some fennel green and cut the tubers into pieces.

Fry 2 tbsp butter in frying pan and fry bacon strips in 5 min.

Fennel cubes and paprika for 5 min.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Rest of butter in pan to brown.

Add gravy powder and 300 ml of water and bring to the boil while stirring.

Finely chop fennel green and stir through gravy.
