Sweet-spicy tofu with fried noodles

Press the garlic. Spoon the tofu cubes with 2 tbsp of water from the pot Peppadew, the ketjapmarinadeen the garlic.

Cook the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging and scoop them with the wok oil. Let the tofu cubes drain, collect the marinade.

Heat the wok oil in a wok stir fry the wok vegetable 3 min. Add the pineapple, the peppadew and the tofu and stir fry 3 min.

Pour in the marinade and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, fry the noodles in a frying pan or deep frying pan for 3 minutes.

Divide the noodles over 4 deep plates or bowls and spoon the tofu with vegetables on it.
