American ribeye cheeseburger with tabasco, cheddar, tomato, onion and lettuce from the barbecue.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Cut the ribeye into thin slices of ½ cm wide. Cut the slices into strips of ½ cm. Chop as finely as possible.
  3. Mix the meat with the Worcestershire sauce and freshly ground pepper in a bowl. Divide the meat into 4 portions.
  4. Put 1 portion of meat in the hamburger press and press. Pour the burger onto a sheet of baking paper. Make it 3 more.
  5. Cut the onion into slices and grill 6 minutes halfway. Grill the bacon in 6 minutes until crispy. Turn halfway.
  6. Halve the rolls and grill for 2 minutes on the cutting edge and cut the tomato into slices. Remove 4 leaves from the lettuce. Wash them and dry them.
  7. Grill the ribeye burgers 2 min. Turn and drizzle with a few drops of tabasco. Fill with the slices of cheddar and grill for another 2 minutes.
  8. Cover the buns with ketchup, onion, a burger, tomato, lettuce and bacon. Cover the burgers with the top of the buns and serve.
