Fresh-cod-couscous surprise from the oven
Main course from the oven, made from vine tomatoes, garlic, tomato puree, raw carrots julienne, tabasco, couscous, fresh cod and dill.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut 2 pieces of baking paper of 40 x 40 cm.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Clean the garlic and cut finely. Cut the dill finely.

Put the tomatoes and garlic with the tomato puree, carrot julienne, tabasco, half of the dill, couscous and the boiling water in a bowl.

Season with pepper and salt and season well.

Spread the couscous mixture over the pieces of baking paper. Spread the cod over it and sprinkle with the rest of the dill and salt.

Fold the baking paper loosely close to packages (and papillotte). Place the fish couscous packets on the baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes until done.

Remove from the oven, fold open carefully and serve immediately.
