Polish bigos
A delicious Eastern European recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), frankfurters (fresh (a 200 g)), paprika (diced), onion (chopped), dried oregano, sauerkraut (( 500 g), drained) and honey.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Meanwhile, cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes in water with salt and drain.

In the meantime, heat the sausages according to the instructions on the packaging.

Mix the mushrooms, paprika, onion and oregano with the sauerkraut. Spoon the honey and pepper.

Drain the potatoes and collect the cooking liquid. Stamp the potatoes with the puree tamper and 150 ml of cooking liquid into a smooth puree. Add pepper and salt. Divide the sauerkraut salad and frankfurters over 4 plates. Add the puree.
