Cook the green beans for 10 minutes, drain them, rinse cold water and drain.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add salt and freshly ground pepper. Combine the tuna, cucumber, olives, corn and dressing.

Fry the bread in the oil with garlic until golden brown.

Tear the lettuce leaves slightly smaller. Put them on a plate with the tuna salad on it. Garnish with the green beans, tomato slices and croutons.
