Cut the zucchini into quarters and remove the seed lists.

Cut the quarters into small cubes.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Heat a saucepan with lid.

Add the oil, onion and zucchini, season with salt.

Let the vegetables over medium heat under the lid in about 10 minutes, without coloring.

Remove from the pan and allow to cool to room temperature.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the mackerel and remove the grains.

Finely chop the chives.

Mix the crème fraîche with the water, the chives and a little salt.

Make the rucolamelange with this dressing.

Heat the wraps briefly in the microwave to make them supple.
