Ingredients
- 150 gram root deleted, in thin slices
- 150 gram pod picked up
- 150 gram cucumber peeled, halved in length, sliced
- 200 gram Chinese coal in strips
- 1 Red pepper in strips
- 1 tin can bamboo shoots
- 100 gram unsalted cashew nut
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced meat
- 1 clove garlic pressed out
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Boil the carrot slices in 2 minutes until al dente, pour them and rinse cold water.

Cook the snow peas for 1 minute. Drain and rinse cold water.

Scoop the carrot, snow peas, cucumber, bamboo shoots, peppers, cabbage and nuts.

Mix the ingredients of the dressing. Scoop the dressing through the salad.
