Directions

  1. Boil the rice in water with the stock cube. Add the peas the last minute. Drain everything and rinse some cold water. Drain well and cool on a flat dish.
  2. Once the rice has cooled down, put the remaining ingredients through and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Let the flavors in the refrigerator for an hour and serve in bowls.
