Salmon fillet with caper sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon nuts, olive oil, capers, gherkins (in small cubes), lemon (zest grated), fresh parsley (finely chopped) and fresh mint (finely chopped).

Brush the slices of salmon with oil, grill them in 4 minutes golden brown and turn them halfway.

Now mix together all the ingredients for the caper sauce: 2 tablespoons of olive oil, capers, pickles, grated lemon peel, parsley and mint.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve the salmon nuts with a generous scoop of caper sauce..
