Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, bake the fries according to the instructions on the package. Cut the green tops of the broccoli florets 1 cm off, cut the rest of the broccoli into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into cubes.

Cut the bread into cubes and crumble it (with crust) in the food processor. Add the broccoli, carrot salad and paprika and mix until the vegetable pieces are even smaller.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetable burgers over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn them over after 2-3 minutes with a spatula. Serve the burgers with the fries.
