Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the baguette in half widthwise. Halve half a loaf in half lengthwise and cut the 2 halves into slices.

Slice the garlic. Mix with the oil.

Divide the slices over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with the garlic oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven in approx. 8 minutes until golden brown.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cumin and the curry powder for 1 min. Add the chicken, honey and pepper and salt and cook for 6 minutes until done. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile cut the radish into thin slices. Peel the winter carrot and cut into thin slices.

Mix the rest of the oil and honey with the vinegar, radish, carrot and pepper and salt.

Divide the spinach, radish-root salad, chicken, the oven bread and the plates. Serve with the rest of the baguette. Yummy! .
