Mediterranean radish salad


Mediterranean radish salad with chicken breast, spinach, mint and honey.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the baguette in half widthwise. Halve half a loaf in half lengthwise and cut the 2 halves into slices.
  3. Slice the garlic. Mix with the oil.

  9. Divide the spinach, radish-root salad, chicken, the oven bread and the plates. Serve with the rest of the baguette. Yummy! .
