Clean the orange, grate the peel and squeeze the fruit.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper and remove the seeds. Slice the flesh finely.

Take the ham from the aluminum bowl. In the bowl, mix the orange zest and juice with the pepper, sugar and oil until the sugar has dissolved.

Put the ham back into the dish. Roll through the marinade. Cover with aluminum foil and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Turn halfway.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Remove the aluminum foil from the ham and bake the ham in the middle of the oven for approx. 55 minutes. Turn halfway. Baste regularly with the marinade.
