Hearty goat cheese pancake
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: flour, egg, whole milk, fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), butter, leeks (in rings), mushrooms ((fine), in quarters), garlic (pressed), cherry tomatoes and soft goat's cheese (eg Bettine blanc).
