Stuffed vegetable meal soup


Stuffed meal soup with onion, garlic, celery, winter carrots, potato diced and bratwurst.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Cut the garlic and celery small. Cut the winter carrot into slices. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Fry the garlic for 1 minute and stir in the celery and the winter carrot.
  2. Pour the stock with the vegetables and add the rosemary. Bring the soup to the boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Let the potato dumplings cook for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the bratwurst into slices Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the slices of bratwurst in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Cover the pan with a (splash) lid.
  4. Season the soup with pepper and salt. Divide the soup over four deep plates or bowls and put the slices of sausage in it. Tasty with large pieces of bread.
