A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (floury), green beans, butter, cherry tomatoes ((250 g), halved), egg, krispi (lemon and dill (50 g)), chicken fillet (in pieces) and milk.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them for 20 minutes until done. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans, boil 5 minutes in water with salt and drain. Add 15 g of butter and stew the green beans and tomatoes for 15 min. Covered on low heat. Scoop occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir the egg into a deep plate. Sprinkle Krispi on a plate. Roll the chicken through the egg and through the Krispi.
  3. Melt 25 g of butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken fillet in 10 minutes until tender and brown. Times regularly. Drain the potatoes and store the cooking liquid. Heat the milk with the rest of the butter and pour into the potatoes. Stamp to puree. Season with salt and pepper. Add any cooking liquid.
  4. Serve the pieces of chicken with the green beans and the mashed potatoes.
