Winter ratatouille
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (crumbly, cleansed), olive oil, red onions (in parts), winter carrot ((1 kg bag), peeled and sliced 1 cm), cabbage grits (peeled and sliced 1 cm) ), peeled tomatoes (400 g), garlic (finely chopped) and herb butter (100 g).

Prick around the holes in the potatoes with a fork.

Puff them in the microwave at 800 watts in 12 min.

Until done.

Turn halfway.

Check whether they are done by inserting them with a paring knife; if the knife slides easily through the crumb, the potato is cooked.

If not, they pout for 1 min or longer.

Meanwhile, heat 1 onion oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes.

Scoop the onion out of the pan.

Add the rest of the oil and fry the carrot and turnips for 10 minutes in a crisp and cooked dish.

Meanwhile let the tomatoes drain and cut into pieces.

Add the garlic and the tomato to the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the potatoes on 4 plates and cut them crosswise.

Push the potatoes open slightly and put a knob of herb butter in it.

Spoon the vegetables..
