Chicken fillet and peas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil, garlic and fine frozen garden peas.

Heat half of the butter and oil in a frying pan.

Divide the chicken into 4 pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown and done. Times regularly.

Press the garlic. Add the rosemary and garlic after 8 minutes.

Fry the bacon strips in another pan in approx. 6 min. Until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

Add the rest of the butter to the shortening and bake the frozen garden peas for about 4 minutes. Mix in the bacon. Season with pepper.

Divide 4 beautiful salad leaves over 4 plates. Cut the rest into thin strips and scoop them.

Put the garden peas with bacon in it and put the chicken next to it.
