One-pot paste with minced meat and Italian stir-fry vegetables
Pasta for which you only need a pan with Italian minced meat, vegetables, wholemeal macaroni and tomato sauce.

Cut the crusts of the bread. Put the milk in a deep plate and put the bread in it.

Mix the bread, the meatballs and the salt through the minced meat. Form balls of the size of a walnut with moist hands.

Bring the water to a boil. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the balls over a high heat in 5 min. Brown.

Add the stir-fry vegetable, macaroni, passata and the boiling water.

Bring to the boil, stir well and leave to cook on the pan for 15 minutes without lid.
