Stew with chicken, zucchini and green beans
Many vegetables! Stew with chicken, green beans, onion and courgettes.
Cut the chicken fillet into coarse pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into wedges, garlic into slices and the zucchini into pieces. Spoon the chicken, onion, garlic, zucchini and green beans together in a frying pan.
Mix in the chilli powder, cinnamon, coriander and oil.
Pour the hot stock in a pan. Put the lid on and bring the stock to a low heat. Turn the heat low and let the chicken simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
Cut the lemon into slices. Stew the lemon for the last 10 minutes. Season with salt with salt. Serve with couscous.
