Herb risotto with strawberries and parma ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), risotto rice (400 g), fresh Italian herbs (or frozen herbs), medium dry sherry (or white wine), chicken broth (from tablet), strawberries, butter, grano padano (grated), rucola salad (75 g) and Parma ham.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion gently.

Stir in rice and stir-fry until all the grains shine.

Add spices and sherry.

Let Sherry evaporate.

Add half of broth.

Roast rice in open pan for 20 min.

Stirring regularly, as almost all the broth is absorbed by the rice, add new sprouts of broth.

Clean and halve strawberries and cut large ones into quarters.

Strawberries last 5 minutes by making risotto and coasting.

Carefully stir the butter and cheese with risotto and season the risotto with pepper.

Place the lid on the pan and let risotto stand for 3-5 minutes.

Arrange the rocket over four deep plates and create strawberry risotto.

Spread slices of ham loosely on risotto and divide the rest of the strawberries..
