  1. Extra requirements: food processor.
  2. Finely chop the spinach in the food processor and mix in the finely chopped parsley, finely chopped spring onion and garlic.
  3. Transfer the spinach to a bowl and scoop up the crumbled feta, the well drained cottage cheese and the egg.
  4. Grind some black pepper to taste.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  6. Carefully pull the thawed sheets of filo dough apart and make four squares of four pieces each.
  7. Let the edges overlap by 2 centimeters, moisten them with a little water and stick them together.
  8. Spoon a bar of the spinach mixture on each square 4 cm from the bottom edge.
  9. Fold the sides over the filling and roll the dough with the spinach so that it becomes a solid roll.
  10. Place the rolls with the closing edge at the bottom on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  11. Brush the rolls generously with olive oil.
  12. Slide the baking sheet into a ridge under the center in the oven and bake the rolls in 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done.
  13. Let the rolls from the oven rest for 5 minutes.
  14. Tasty with a fresh salad with radish.
