Finely chop the spinach in the food processor and mix in the finely chopped parsley, finely chopped spring onion and garlic.

Transfer the spinach to a bowl and scoop up the crumbled feta, the well drained cottage cheese and the egg.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Carefully pull the thawed sheets of filo dough apart and make four squares of four pieces each.
