Nasi with tofu and cassava cracker


Fried spiced rice with vegetables and marinated tofu with cassava cracker and atjar tjampur.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice in 8 minutes until done. In the meantime, cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry.
  2. Spoon the tofu with the soy sauce. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the tofu 2 min. Add the stir fry mix and sambal and cook for 3 min.
  3. Put the rice through, add the ketjapmarinadetoe and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Divide the nasi herbs over the plates. Serve the cassava cracker and atjar tjampoer.
