Scalloped vegetarian hachee
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ready-to-eat green beans (250 g), mashed potatoes with cheese (chilled, 550 g), red pepper (in pieces), Quorn chunks (300 g) and ground cheese (bag of 150 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Fry green beans in 1 dl of water in approx.

4 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat in a microwave mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Mix the peppers and hachepieces with sauce with green beans and heat for approx.

3 minutes.

Mash the hachee with vegetables in baking trays and mashed potatoes over it.

Sprinkle cheese over it.

Place the dishes about 10 cm under the grill and let golden brown in 3 to 5 minutes..
