Cheeseburgers with kiwi
Halve the slices of cheese. Cut the chives finely. Peel the kiwis. Cut thin slices of the green kiwi (2 per person) and cut the Zespri gold into small cubes. Spread the burgers thinly with olive oil and put them in a hot grill pan.
Bake the bottom brown in 2-3 minutes. Turn the burgers and put the slices of green kiwi on them. Cover with a slice of cheese and sprinkle over the chives. Fry the burger in a further 2-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
Cut the Italian bread roll open and brush the cut sides with curry sauce. Divide the lamb's lettuce and cubes Zespri gold over the bottom of the buns and put the burgers on it. Cover with the tops of the buns.
