Cajunkip with paprika
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, celery, olive oil, chicken fillet (in strips), red pepper (in strips), cajun spices (tin 90 g), tomato cubes (400 g), potato wedges (a 450 g) and paprika powder (mild) .

Slice the celery sticks in slices and the green leaves. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 2 min. Add the celery and the bell pepper and cook for 3 min. Sprinkle with the cajun seasoning and cook for another 1 min. Add the tomato cubes and roast the chicken with the lid on the pan in approx. 8 min. Until done.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes in approx. 10 min. Golden yellow and done. Sprinkle with the paprika powder and bake for another 1 min.

Divide the cajun chicken over 4 deep plates and serve with the potato wedges. Sprinkle with the celery leaves.
