Prepare the multigrain rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, in a wok or frying pan over low heat, fry the slices of bacon in 5 minutes.

Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Heat the oil in the same pan and stir-fry the mushroom stir-fry mix for 4 min.

Add the brown beans with water and bring to the boil while stirring. Let the dish cook gently for 2-3 minutes.

Crumble the bacon and white cheese and sprinkle over the dish. Serve the multigrain rice.
