Butcher with beetroot salad and potatoes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (small (450 g)), oil, butchers, cooked beet (500 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), onion (in thin half rings) and yoghurt dressing (bottle 450 ml).

Directions

  1. Fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging in 2 tbsp oil until golden brown and done. Heat the rest of the oil in a small frying pan and fry the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Prepare the beetroot and cut into half slices. Mix the lamb's lettuce, the beetroot, the onion and the salad dressing.
  3. Put a butcher on each plate and serve the beetroot salad and the fried potatoes.
