Directions

  5. Add the rice and cook for 2 minutes until the grains are translucent. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the tomato, saffron with stock and the rest of the stock and bring to the boil.
  7. Turn down the heat and cook the rice for 20 minutes until done. Stir frequently.
  8. Add the shrimp after about 16 minutes. Cut the peppers into rings and add together with the garden peas.
  9. Bring back to the boil and cook for another 4 minutes.
