Noodle soup with Shrimps
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oil, Japanese wok vegetables (400 g), fresh ginger root (peeled), chicken broth (from tablet), straight to wok noodles (2 x 150 g), pink shrimp (125 g) and unsalted peanuts (finely chopped).

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry vegetables for 3 minutes on a high heat.

With firm garlic press pinch out ginger root above it (or finely grate ginger).

Warm chicken stock in wokkenschenken and bring to a boil.

Soup flavors with sauce from wok vegetables, salt and pepper.

Stir noodles and shrimps through soup and continue to heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Spread the soup over two deep plates and sprinkle peanuts over it..
