Tartar and cauliflower with gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red onions, cauliflower, butter, beef tartar, potato cubes (pom-rissolées, deep-freeze 750 g) and gorgonzola (cheese).

Preheat the grill.
