Tartar and cauliflower with gorgonzola


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red onions, cauliflower, butter, beef tartar, potato cubes (pom-rissolées, deep-freeze 750 g) and gorgonzola (cheese).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  3. Clean the cauliflower, divide it into small florets and boil in 6 minutes.
  4. Heat 25 g of butter in large frying pan and fry potato cubes.
  5. In other frying pan tarttails with onion rings in the rest of butter frying.
  6. Drain cauliflower in colander with cold water and drain.
