Sea sticks and chips
Fresh fries from the oven with a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and Amsterdam onions with vegetarian sea steaks.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Divide the fries over a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes just above the center of the oven.

Spoil after 10 minutes.

Remove the leaves from the lettuce. Tear them into pieces over a dish.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into slices. Add to the lettuce together with the onions.

Mix the yogurt mayo in a bowl with a ½ tbsp of liquid (per 4 persons) from the onions to a dressing. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sea steaks in 5 minutes. Turn occasionally. Serve the sea sticks with the fries and salad.
