Italian meal-tomato soup
Richly stuffed Italian tomato soup with meatballs, pasta and white beans.

Cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or stock pot and fry the soup balls brown.

Add the mushroom stir-fry mix and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Press the garlic above it.

Pour the base for tomato soup, add the white beans (and the bean sear) and bring the soup to the boil while stirring.

Drain the fusilli, collect about 500 ml of cooking water, and stir in the pasta and the collected water. Bring the soup to the boil.

Serve the soup in deep plates or soup bowls and sprinkle cheese to taste.
