Gnocchi with bacon and broad beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, a 500 g), olive oil, smoked bacon cubes (250 g), onions (chopped), broad beans (fine (300 g, frozen)), crème fraîche ( 125 ml), rocket (lettuce, 75 g) and Pecorino Romano (cheese).

Cook the gnocchi al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon cubes in approx. 6 minutes. Add the onion and cook for 1 min. Mix the frozen broad beans through and fry for 5-6 minutes until thawed and al dente. Add the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

Put the gnocchi through. Spread over 4 plates and put some arugula on it. Scrape the cheese over it.
