Italian salad with anchovies


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, ciabatta (bake bread), eggs, cucumber, anchovy fillet (in olive oil (48 g)), iceberg lettuce (extra (a 200 g)), Caesar dressing (bottle 350 ml), light-filled cheese (( piece), in small blocks) and black olives (without pit (pot 240 g)).

Directions

  1. Bake the ciabatta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes.
  3. Wash the cucumber and scrape into slices.
  4. Let the anchovies drain.
  5. Mix the lettuce, cucumber and dressing in a bowl.
  6. Spoon the salad on 4 large plates.
  7. Divide the anchovies, eggs, cheese and olives.
  8. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  9. Cut the bread and serve..
