Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile wash the bok choy, clean and cut into strips. Peel the garlic and cut into thin strips.

Heat the rice oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry the minced meat with the garlic in about 5 minutes. Fry the paksoi and fresh herbs for approx. 3 minutes. Scoop the rice through.
