Cook the pasta al dente in approx. 8 minutes and pour it off. Cut the arugula a little smaller.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet or wok. In this, fry the shallots and garlic. Spoon freshly ground pepper, salt, tuna and cherry / Christmas pie through it. Warm through well.
