Lamb's lettuce stew with catalan bratwursts
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, large, slightly crumbly potatoes ((3 kg bag), peeled), olive oil, Catalan bratwurst (6 pieces, 290 g), onions (chopped), red pepper (in small cubes), crispy corn granules ((300 g), drained), dairy spread (chives light (a 150 g)) and lamb's lettuce (a 75 g).
- 900 g big, slightly crumbly potatoes (bag 3 kg), peeled
- 3 el olive oil
- 1 Scale Catalan bratwurst 6 pieces, 290 g
- 2 onions shredded
- 1 Red pepper in small blocks
- 1 tin can crispy corn granules (300 g), drained
- Tray dairy spread chive light (a 150 g)
- 2 bags lamb's lettuce a 75 g
Cut the potatoes into pieces and boil for 20 minutes in water with salt until tender. Drain and collect the cooking liquid. In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in glass for 3 minutes. Add the pepper and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add the corn and heat for 3 minutes.
Add the dairy spread to the potatoes in the pan and let melt on low heat. Mash the potatoes with the puree pestle and add some cooking liquid if necessary. Scoop the vegetable mixture and the lamb's lettuce through.
Remove the sausages from the pan and pour 150 ml of cooking liquid into the shortening. Bring to the boil while stirring. Season the gravy with salt and pepper. Serve the stew with the sausages and gravy.
