Fish platter with cod and gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion and traditional olive oil.

Cook the rice until it is cooked on the package. Cut the onions into thin rings and the tomatoes into slices of about 1 cm.

Cut the cod into coarse pieces of approx. 4 cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion briefly. Add the fish and tomato and cook for about 8 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the gorgonzola above and melt in about 2 minutes.

Divide the rice over the plates and carefully spoon the fish onto the rice.
