Korean burger with pickled vegetables
Mix the mince with the ginger, garlic, onion and half of the coriander.
Season with salt and pepper and form 4 elongated burgers with damp hands.
Heat a grill pan on a medium height and fry the burgers golden brown in about 8 minutes.
Brush the bread rolls with mayonnaise and serve with the burgers, pickled vegetables, other coriander and chili sauce.
