Pork schnitzel filled with zaanlander cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork cutlets, Zaanland cheese (light-filled 48 (piece approx. 500 g)), egg, breadcrumbs, liquid margarine, potato balls (a 450 g), olive oil, Italian wok mix (frozen and 750 g).

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Distribute cheese over it, fill fillets double with aperture.

Drip in a deep plate of egg with 2 tbsp water.

Spread the breadcrumbs on a flat plate.

First turn the meat through egg and then through breadcrumbs.

Heat margarine in frying pan and cook in brown and cooked for 30 minutes.

Bake potato balls in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry mix for 10 minutes.

Fill filled fillets with potato balls and wok mix..
