Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Rinse the salmon and shrimp under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle the salmon around with salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and cook in the oven in medium to medium cooked for 15-20 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the shrimps in the wine sauce and cook for at least 1 minute.

Serve the salmon with the sauce and garnish with a sprig of dill. Sprinkle with the lemon zest and freshly ground pepper.
