Remove the skin from the sausage.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir-fry the sausage with the thyme for 5 minutes on a high heat. Squeeze the meat into pieces with a wooden ladle.

Add the stir-fry mix and cook for 8 min. On medium heat. Change regularly. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain, but collect a cup of cooking liquid.

Mix the pasta with the vegetable-meat mixture and add the cooking liquid. Spread over deep plates and sprinkle with the cheese chips.
