Heat the oil and gently fry the onion for about 5 minutes. Bring a large pot of water with salt to the boil.

Add the garlic and paprika to the onions and fry for a few minutes at low speed.

Cook the penne according to the instructions and on the package al dente.

Let the tuna fall apart in the pan with the peppers and onions and warm very briefly.

Finally, pour the penne, olives and parsley through the sauce and warm for another minute.
