Stuffed tomatoes with Mediterranean fillets
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: risotto ai funghi (275 g), vine tomatoes, olive oil, Valess fillets Mediterranean (a 2 pieces), vinegar and rocket salad (80 g).

Prepare the risotto according to the instructions in 500 ml of water.

Clean tomatoes and cut off caps.

Dice tomatoes and sprinkle on the inside with salt and pepper.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Fillets in 4 min.

Brown bowls, halfway turning.

Stir in residual oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing.

Spread the salad over four plates and sprinkle with dressing.

Topping up tomatoes with risotto and putting them on lettuce.
