Brussels sprouts with nut rice
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: nut rice (275 g), eggs, sprouts ((a 500 g), halved), butter, onion (in parts), red pepper (finely chopped) and Indian (curry sauce (160 g)) .

Cook the nut rice according to the instructions on the package (keep the cooking water).

Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, let them scare, peel them and halve them.

Boil the sprouts for 5 minutes and let them drain.

Heat the butter in a stirring fruit until golden brown.

Add the sprouts, peppers and Indian curry sauce and bring to the boil while stirring.

Place the half-eggs in the sauce and cover the dish with a low heat and occasionally stirring for 10 minutes.

If it is too dry add some boiling water from the rice.

Serve the curry with the nut rice..
