Mussels in paprika sauce with couscous
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, couscous (a 500 g), olive oil, grilled red peppers (295 g), garlic (finely chopped), mussels ((450 g freezer), defrosted), black olives (without pits (a 240 g)), Italian wok vegetables (750 g and frozen).

Mix the couscous in a bowl with a little salt and add 400 ml of boiling water.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of oil.

Leave the couscous covered for 10 minutes and stir with a fork.

Mash the peppers with the garlic in the blender or food processor until they are a thin sauce.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Put the mussels, olives and pepper sauce together in a pan and simmer for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and stir fry the frozen Italian wok vegetable for 5 minutes.

Serve the mussels with the couscous and the vegetables next to them..
