Potato tuna salad with asparagus
Salad of baby potatoes, egg, green aspeges, tuna, garden peas and basil

Halve the potatoes. Boil them in water with salt in 8 minutes until done. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and divide them over a dish. Meanwhile, peel the eggs and cut them into wedges. Chop the onion.

Break the woody bottom of the asparagus and cut the asparagus into pieces of 2 cm. Boil the asparagus and garden peas in water with salt in 4 minutes until al dente.

Drain the asparagus and garden peas and rinse cold under running water. Mix the lukewarm potatoes, asparagus and peas with the onion and tuna and dressing.

Add pepper and possibly salt. Divide the basil leaves with the egg over the salad. Yummy! .
